Christians Open Minded first began hosting the Last Lecture Series in the Spring of 2006 and now hosts two Last Lecture nights each semester.  The Last Lecture Series brings well known and well liked Millersville University professors into Myers Auditorium to give an evening lecture.  The catch?  They're giving the lecture as if they know it's the last lecture they'll ever give on this earth.

The professor will be free to discuss anything they want to tell students before their time on earth is through.  While some may discuss their favorite topic in their field of study, others may teach life lessons or even lecture on the importance of their faith in their life!  The sky is truly the limit! 

It's a great way to get to know some respectable professors on campus and maybe even see another side of a professor in your major!  It also allows students and professors to have the chance to open up a new means of communication!  in addition, the Last Lecture Series gives professors the chance to go beyond the classroom topics they're limited to in order to speak about something important to them.
