Each year Christians Open Minded calls upon people with amazing life experiences to join us on the campus of Millersville University for a concert or special presentation.  Oftentimes, our special guests bring with them a particular message of hope and love to share with us.  It's amazing to get the chance to see how others' life journeys have affected their faith journeys.

In the fall semester of each year, COM brings a Contemporary Christian concert to the stage at Millersville University.  This is a great way to have fun, hear great music, and praise God all at the same time!  For both the 2005 and 2006 fall semesters, we brought duo Jason and deMarco, who held the most requested video of the year on MTV's Logo network as well as several hits breaking the top 100 on the Billboard charts!  Check back here to see who we will be hosting in the future!

We also bring a variety of guest speakers and presenters to campus to share with us their stories.  We can all learn a lot from hearing from the experiences of others - and we try to find speakers who have a definite message to share with the whole campus community.  In the past, we have welcomed such speakers as Quay Hanna, a self-proclaimed "former skinhead racist" who traveled the country on a bus and changed his views and his faith to be inclusive and loving to everyone, and Susan Wheeler, who presents the video documentary "Jim In Bold," a movie showing the life of her son who grew up as a homosexual and later committed suicide due to the hatred he faced every day.  We look forward to continue to bring meaningful and inciting speakers to campus to open a new dialogue on the issues we currently face.
